                                                   What is motivation? motivation is the act of creating interest to do work.Motivation  is  derived from the word 'motive'.Motivation  is the result of  internal wants. so we can say that motivation is the act inspiring  people do any type of works.
                          According  to  M.S Jucius " Motivation is simply defined as the act of stimulating some to take a desined course  of action"
                                 Many  types  of motivation we can found .  major  type  of  motivation are  positive and negative motivation,  extrinsic  and  intrinsic motivation, financial and non financial motivation, individual and gro motivation.it is the major types of motivation. we can apply for any types of motivation in the organizing.

                              Organizing is a  major function of management.organizing is a crucial function of management. it is consists job, design, co-ordination and ordination.Many principles of organizing. principles of unity of objectives, span of management principles, principles of fictional definition,  authority level principles, principles of unity command, principles of flexibility etc mane principles of organizing.

Function of Management

The major function of management planning, decision making,leadership, control,organizing and staffing .  we can describe flowing.
1. Planning
Planning means setting on organization's goals and deciding how best to achier them. it is an importance function of management planning is a technique of looking ahead. planning is a process of decision making. it is function of management.  
2. Decision making
decision making is a process of identifiably and selection a course of action to solve the problems. it is cornerstone of  planning. All level management making decisions. 
3.control
       control is the regulation or organization activities so that some targeted elements performance resins with him acceptable limits.it is continues and dynamic process.
